Additional house rules

House Rules: 1. No Smoking inside the property or by the hot tub 2. No Visiting Pets unless previously approved on reservation prior to stay 3. Quiet hours are from 9:00pm to 9:00am. 4. Dispose of trash and recycling in the exterior bins to the right side of the driveway ( please properly dispose recycling as loose cans and bottles and break down any boxes (trash bags in recycling is charged forwarded to the guest). 5. Please respect the neighbors and community as this is a primarily residential quiet neighborhood. 6. No more than 4 guests in hot tub at any time. Children must be accompanied by an adult. It is not recommended to drink alcohol and soak. 7. Pets must be watched or on leash and all waste disposed of in trash cans using doggie bags. 8. Pets are not allowed in beds or on sofa, a pet cleaning fee is included in your stay for hair and additional cleaning but does not cover accidents or upholstery/ carpet cleaning or bedding replacement. Appliances & Features • Heating/Cooling: The thermostat controls the main house areas and you just simply set the mode to heat or cool or off. Set to desired temperature using the turn dial style knob. • Fireplace: The fireplace is pellet stove. Please operate with care as the glass does get hot. Also we do ask you do not run the fireplace over night or leave it on when away from the home. • Washer/Dryer: Washer and dryer are located off the hallway and you are welcome to do laundry as you wish. Please remember to clean out the dryer vent after each use. • Kitchen Appliances: Feel free to use any of the kitchen appliances, mixer, sir fryer, coffee maker, toaster oven. Any issues just ask! **please do not put food down garbage disposal or coffee grounds as the home is on a septic system** • TV/Streaming Services: TV has a Roku device, which you can chose your streaming service and log in. You will have either the Roku remote or the TV remote to control volume and power. Some channels are logged in and provided for you. Hot Tub/ Patio Area Hot Tub Conduct: • All children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times ( this home is not set up for very small children) • Diving or Jumping : The Hot Tub is not designed for jumping in, please use best judgement. • No Running around the wet patio area. As a slip can be dangerous. Hygiene & Safety • Shower Before Entering: To help keep the water clean, please rinse off before soaking. • Proper Swimwear Required: No jeans, cut-offs, or inappropriate clothing in the tub. • No Glass Containers: Use plastic cups or bottles to prevent accidents. Access & Hours 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM • Guest Access Only: The Hot Tub is for registered guests. • We allow up to 4 outside visitors beyond the max guest count of 8. • Max Occupancy: 6 people at a time. Behavior • Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of neighbors and avoid loud noise during nighttime and early mornings. • No Smoking or Vaping in or around the patio area. Maintenance & Cleanliness • Do Not Tamper with equipment or settings. You may use the features to adjust the heat and the jets but please do not change any language settings or otherwise. • Keep the Area Tidy: Dispose of trash in designated bins. Use net to skim after each use. • Report Issues Promptly: Notify the host of any damage, malfunction, or concerns. • Maintence: On Thursdays landscaping will enter from the side gate to the right of the house and service the yard only) For long term stays (7 days or longer) a manager will also be servicing the hot tub. Disclaimer By using the hot tub, guests acknowledge the risks involved and agree that the host will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents. Children under 8 we do not recommend for safety around fast moving river.
